In an emergency, it is essential that employees responsible for evacuating your premises understand how to operate an Escape Chair and just as importantly, the principles of Manual Handling to ensure that both the chair operator and evacuee may be safely and quickly evacuated.

Escape Chair Operation and Manual Handling Training

This course combines the essential elements of chair operation with a fully certificated manual handling session*. Unlike other training providers, all courses are carried out by our dedicated professional trainers who have been specifically trained to deliver manual handling training.

This bespoke half day training course is designed to provide a full, hands-on, explanation of how to use the Escape Chair and Manual Handling to ensure that both the chair operator and evacuee may be safety and quickly evacuated.

Completion Certificate

On completion of the manual handling element of the course, attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance which is valid for 3 years.
